The Process Of Syrup

The fruit syrup sold in stores is usually made from a concentrated sugar solution mixed with spices and pigments, rather than real fruit syrup.
Natural products such as maple syrup and honey contain components similar to syrup.
The food industry often produces fruit syrups to save weight and costs during transportation, which become juice when used or washed away by adding water in retail departments. For example, the orange juice sold in restaurants and bars is almost entirely brewed with fruit syrup. In addition, in the food industry, syrup is often made from corn, potatoes, or wheat, rather than expensive sugarcane.
Some cocktails also have syrup added.
Self-made method
After crushing the fruit, add water and boil it. Filter out the flesh, add sugar, and then continue cooking until the solution thickens. After cooling, store it in a bottle.
