Identification and selection

1. Try to purchase from large shopping malls or supermarkets, preferably branded products or products produced by large enterprises. Pay attention to the QS logo and production license number on the product packaging.
2. Select products that are loose and powdery, with uniform particle size, without deliquescence or agglomeration, and dissolve quickly in water, and have no impurities at the bottom of the container.
3. Select products with complete food labels and recent production.
4. Protein based solid drinks should pay attention to the labeling of the main nutritional content in the ingredient table, and the protein content should be indicated.
5. The nutritional components contained in solid beverages are prone to decomposition and deterioration at high temperatures. It is best to drink solid beverages with warm water at 50 ℃ to 60 ℃.
Three types of goods are not suitable for purchase
1. The moisture content of solid beverages shall not exceed 2.5%. Those who experience deliquescence, clumping, or sedimentation in solid beverages are not eligible for purchase.
2. The packaging of solid beverages should be standardized. Non compliant items are not suitable for purchase.
3. The color, aroma, and taste of the dissolved solid beverage must match the name, and it is required that all solids be dissolved within 2 minutes without insoluble precipitates.
